My Qualifications
I am so excited to use my myriad of education, professional and life experiences to bring you personalized, whole hearted, thoughtful and transformative coaching services to support you as you live your legacy.
I hold dual coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) (ACC path) and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC). My coaching incorporates neuroscience, brain health, cognitive fitness, appreciative inquiry, science of happiness, and positive psychology/positive intelligence theories.
Before transitioning to coaching, I practiced law in the UK and the US in both Fortune 100 companies and innovative start-ups. In addition to my legal career, I qualified as a Yoga Alliance (200 hour) yoga teacher and as a chef, focusing on nutritional density cooking. These varied experiences inform my holistic and practical approach to coaching. I invite you to explore my full background below and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
